Mission Statement

In 2018, Maria, Mike and Joe, long-time friends and colleagues formed Harbour Financial. They chose to partner together given their shared principles, morals and their commitment to the industry and their clients.

This partnership allows Harbour Financial to offer clients a greater depth of service while continuing their dedication to their "Clients First" philosophy and combined passion for helping clients fulfill their financial dreams.

Our Core Values

At Harbour Financial, we recognize the significant duty we owe to our Clients and to members of our Firm. We take pride in creating long-term relationships with our Clients based on trust, open communication and integrity. It is especially rewarding when we work with multi-generational members of the same family.

Our Core Values are the ethics and principles that our Partners, Advisors and Employees subscribe to each and every day.

Integrity. Provide professional services with integrity.

Integrity demands honesty and candor at all times. We cherish the trust that our Clients place in us. There can be no trust without integrity. Our Clients must be able to depend on our integrity and have confidence that we place their needs about all else.

 Objectivity. Provide professional services objectively.

Objectivity requires intellectual honesty and impartiality. Regardless of the particular service rendered, or the capacity in which we function, we should protect the integrity of our work and maintain objectivity. Since we are independent, our recommendations are based on the need and goals of our Clients, not what's dictated by quotas of a Financial or Insurance Firm.

Competence. Maintain the knowledge and skill necessary to provide professional services competently.

Competence means attaining and maintaining an adequate level of knowledge and skill, and applying that knowledge and skill when providing services to our Clients. Competence also includes the wisdom to recognize the limitation of that knowledge, and determine when consulting with other professionals or referring to other professionals becomes necessary.

Fairness. Be fair and reasonable in all professional relationships.

Fairness requires impartiality, intellectual honesty and disclosure of material conflicts of interest. It involves setting aside one's own feelings, prejudices and desires so as to achieve an impartial recommendation to our Client. Fairness is treating others in the same fashion that you would want to be treated.

Confidentiality. Protect the confidentiality of all client information.

Confidentiality means ensuring that information is accessible only to those authorized to have access. A relationship of trust and confidence with our Clients can only be built upon the understanding that their information will remain confidential.

Professionalism. Act in a manner that demonstrates exemplary professional conduct.

Professionalism requires behaving with dignity and courtesy to clients, fellow professionals and others in business and personal activities.
